If an imported textiles quota has closed or reached its limit, how much can be brought in when it opens?
After quota has closed, the entry office waits 3-5 business days after the quota has opened to ensure all entries entered when the quota was closed were put into the quota module. Quota is prorated and a percentage of what was entered is allowed to come in. If you require further assistance, you should contact the entry office at the port where the entry was filed.
